After a very successful first year, we are now looking to expand our team and reach more people with learning disabilities and/or autism in our local community. You can see our user friendly CQC report at the bottom of this page to find out why we were rated as GOOD in our 2019 inspection.
If you are an individual with a learning disability looking for a unique and person centered supported living service where you can develop your abilities and become as independent as possible, we might be just the right provider for you!
We have a dedicated, trained and reliable team of support workers whom offer their skills and time to people with learning disabilities within Northampton. Our team are selected by you. You will be involved in your teams' annual performance reviews as it is important that you tell us what you think they do well, so we can thank them and what you think they could do better in, so we can help them improve. It is ALL ABOUT YOU, so you will be asked to be as involved as you want to be in the recruitment and management of our staff team.
Your level of ability and need will be assessed and we will work with YOU to build a care plan of your choice that meets your individual needs. We can offer full time packages or just part time support - it really is tailored to you.
You get to choose where you live. Our service covers the Northampton area which is a great place to live! It is a large town with lots of things to do and a good transport system so you can travel independently or with a member of your support team.
We also support you to ensure you have a fair tenancy and ensure that your care and support is treated separately to your tenancy. This means that we will provide support to you, where ever you choose to live. it also means that if you have a direct tenancy with us, it will not be affected if you decide that we are not the supported living provider for you.
